Rates
Insurance Policies Accepted
We currently work with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, Humana Medicare Advantage & Carelon Behavioral Health.
Billing
Once your insurance policy is verified, you may have a copay, depending on your policy. We make billing easy, allowing clients to keep a card on file through our billing portal.
Out of Network
Most insurances allow what is called a ‘superbill’. We will provide you with an itemized invoice that can typically be submitted to your out-of-network policy for partial or full reimbursement.
Private Pay
The private pay rate for a 53 minute session is $135.
