Scheduling & Cancellations.

Sessions are 53 minutes long and booked in advance, usually on a weekly cadence at the same date and time unless discussed previously. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, will be charged at the full session rate  (fee not billable to insurance).  Every client gets one ‘free pass’ on a missed or late cancelled client per calendar year.  Repeated late cancellations or missed sessions may result in a pause or termination of services.

I offer a 15 minute grace period past our scheduled session time before the no-show fee will be billed.

If I need to cancel a session unexpectedly, I will notify you as soon as possible and work to reschedule at a convenient time.  In the event that I cancel a session unexpectedly for a personal or client emergency, you will receive ‘one free missed appointment’ that you can use to cancel last minute without the fee within the calendar year.
